Romania already annulled a presidential first round (December 2024) over a coordinated influence operation, and detection remains structurally 12-18 months behind generation. Falling salience is not falling capability — detection still lags generation, and the binding constraint we sealed on was timing inside the final 72 hours of a close race, which no amount of public boredom relaxes. But it is the kind of divergence that should be on the record before the fact rather than explained after it: if attention keeps falling AND no qualifying incident lands by mid-2027, the 58% will look too high, and we will have said so first. The sealed probability is unchanged.
